This is truly one of the best wheat beers we have had an delivers and amazing mouth texture and well balanced beer, lovely and creamy all the way to the end.
Jan De Lichte was an infamous robbers’ chief at the end of the 18th Century. He was broken on the wheel at the age of 23 at the Marketplace of Aalst. The beer uses a higher concentration of wheat compared to normal wheat beers. grapefruit aroma, spicy and slightly bitter in the mouth, long dry aftertaste.
