Originally brewed as a "One shot" the outcome was so fantastic that they have added it to their ongoing range. Its still in limited production (in part due to the hops used) using a blend of Australian (Galaxy, Rakauand) and New Zealand hops (Motueka and Pacific Jade), to create a very different style of Saison, With a massive fruit nose, big hops taste in the mouth and the fruit flavours you'd expect and finessing with an elegant closure. Its so good its a sin!, a great summer beer although at 7% its a big beer :-)

An exotic light golden ale hopped with nelson Sauvin giving a nose of a mix of tropical fruits such as mango, pineapple, melon, grapefruit. The sweet fruits in the taste are balanced well with a clean citrusy bitterness. Dry and clean it makes for an awesome session beer.

Paying homage to the progressive rock band, Crimson's song 21st century Schiziod man the schizoid hop monster on the bottle represents the hoppy American style APA in the bottle. With the use of the C's, Columbus, Centennial and Chinook the result is a very drinkable american IPA. Strong, simple but elegant aromas of pine, grapefruit and tropical fruits on the nose. Taste is very hoppy and bitter with grapefruit peel and resin feel. Dry long bitter finish with resin ours aftertaste.

An Imperial IPA with some "freedom" the brewer likes to say! A dark red beer with balsamic flavours produced by a mountain of hops. Strong hoppy nose with citrus, resin and earthy notes. Balanced and smooth with a long resinous aftertaste. Dominated by hops but not destroyed. Would stand up well next to the big west coast hoppy monsters.

Another great hoppy brew with hops from Japan (sorachi ace) and New Zealand ( pacific gem). A bit of trivia about the name! Renato Cesarini was a football player int he early 30's famous for scoring goals in the dying seconds of the game and journalists began to term the time at the end of the game as "Cesaroni Zone". 90% of the hops are added in the last limits of the brewing process in the "Cesarini Zone"! Very strong fruity aromas with passionfruit, mango and pineapple. taste well balanced between tropical sweetness and bitter grassy resinous notes. Very dry finish with long bitter aftertaste.

Two beers born from a collaboration brewing w/ Buxton. From the same malt base we got a no-hops beer, the Sir Dagonet Gruit ale, brewed with an ancient mix of herbs and spices, and the hops crime. Made as opposites: Hops Crime using hops in every step of the brewing process, from pre-boil to dry hopping. The crime was "killing" the very last batch of Motueka hops for this one brew.

Aged for 6 months in the barrel used for the prestigious Sagrantino di Montefalco wines. An interact and sensual beer that begins with woody, toasted malts and very vinous. in the mouth at the wood and toasted malts persist along with notes of dry fruits and peel, tannic and slightly spicy. A very special and very limited beer.
