Hops. You love them, but drinking a bigger IPA usually means that it’ll be a short session and that’s just no good. So here’s a session IPA packed full of Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy hops that’ll let you get your lupulin hit all day long. Get in the zone. Stay in the zone. The Hop Zone!

Pasta with a tomato-based sauce or Lasagna. Alternatively, try Natural Oysters or Sushi.
A groovy blend of old world brewing and new world hopping, this beer brings together Saison & IPA to give you a Farmhouse IPA. Citra, Columbus & Centennial hops give this beer a fruity & floral kick that melds with the yeast like being in the front row of a Jimi Hendrix concert. A free-love beer. Share the love. LIMITED RELEASE.
A Farmhouse IPA is an American IPA that has been fermented with Belgian-style Saison yeast. It is a beer that fuses two very different styles. The yeast used in Can’t Fight The Funk imparts some spicy notes into the beer and it also intensifies the hop flavour and aroma. The hop varieties and hopping techniques employed in the brewing of this beer are more akin to an American IPA. Expect a pleasant twist on the traditional American IPA.
Yeast: French Saison
Malts: Australian Pale, Munich. Carahell, Caramunich
Hops: Citra, Centennial, Columbus

Know what gives an IPA a real groovy kick? Rye. Why? Because rye lets the hops take you away. Simcoe, Citra and Amarillo will open your mind like a parachute (it only works when it’s open). Only then will you become Supa Fly.
Approximately 8% of the grist is made up of Rye malt. Rye is great for enhancing hop flavour as it can impart a spicy characteristic to the finished beer. It also adds some body and mouthfeel. To counter the increased body, more bittering hops have been added in the kettle.
Yeast: American
Malts: Maris Otter, Munich, Caramunich, Chocolate.
Hops: Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo.

Roasted Fig, Prosciutto, Buffalo Mozzarella
Originally designed as a GABS festival beer, a beer that challenges the senses and will divide the room. A Balsamic Baltic Porter. It takes two freaks to think up such an idea for a beer. Two brothers in fact – one a brewer and the other a vinegar maker. It takes an even bigger freak to try this beer. Are you freak enough? Go on. We’re watching.
